$15 per night off nightly rate for 7 or more nights stay low season only
Extra bedroom $40 p/n.
Minimum 3 nights stay
1 & 2 night stays on request.
Xmas-(22/12/12 - 4/01/13) (22/12/13 - 4/01/14) 3 bedroom, 7 night min applies.
High season - (5/01/13 - 18/01/13), (5/01/14 - 18/01/14) 3 bedroom, 7 night min applies.
Mid season - (19/01/13 - 28/01/13) (19/01/14 - 28/01/14)

Bedding:
One bedroom = 1 x King/Queen, maximum occupancy 2
Two bedroom = 1 x King/Queen + 2 singles or 2 x King/Queen, maximum occupancy 4
Three bedroom = 2 x King/Queen + 2 singles, maximum occupancy 6
Rollaways on request at extra charge
Cots available on request at extra charge

** Whilst every endeavour is made to book guests into the apartment of their choice, management reserves the right to move a guest into a room of equal or greater standard.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
$75 administration fee for all cancellations applies. Low Season - One night cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of arrival or no show. Mid & High Season - No refund if cancelled within 28 days of arrival or no show.
