Noosa Regional Gallery exhibition - Legacy Tuvalu & Waters of Tuvalu: Take some time out to enjoy this photo essay by Jocelyn Carlin at the Noosa Regional Gallery in Tewantin. The exhibition was developed by Museum Victoria and the Tuvalu community in Melbourne and Brisbane. Together the exhibitions highlight the impact of rising seas on the Pacific Islands of Tuvalu and document the past, present and uncertain future of Tuvaluan culture. Graeme Connors @ The Majestic: Don’t miss country music singer, songwriter and recording artist, Graeme Connors, live at The Majestic Theatre in Pomona on Friday 17 July. Having released 15 CDs throughout his career to date, Graeme’s songs celebrate Australian images, ideas and stories and also touch on some personal emotions. A favoured songwriter for Slim Dusty, Graeme’s first gig was opening for Kris Kristofferson in 1974. The concert kicks off at 8pm at the Majestic and tickets are available by calling 07 5485 2330.
