Lee Berryman is a professionally trained pastry chef with over 20 years experience,
specialising in wedding cake design and decoration.

Cake Designs was established by Lee in 2005, specialising solely in wedding cakes, and special occasion cakes.

Lee gained his experience in London working at various five star hotels, including the Savoy group.
Pastry chef at Harrods of London, a famous department store where the rich and famous shop. Designing and producing cakes for clients such as Princess Diana, George Michael, and also the chairman of Harrods and his family.
